Refund Eligibility:

We offer refunds only if the product is broken, expired, or opened upon delivery. We do not offer refunds for any other reason, such as change of mind, dislike of product, or any other subjective reasons.

Refund Request Process:

To initiate a refund request, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can reach out to us via email or phone with your order details and a clear image of the damaged or expired product.

Refund Processing:

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and initiate the refund process within 7 business days. We will issue a refund to your original payment method or through any other agreed upon payment method.

Refund Amount:

The refund amount will be equal to the price paid for the product, including any taxes. We do not offer refunds for any additional costs incurred due to the return of the product. Shipping Charges will not be refunded to the customer in any case.

Return of Product:

In case we require you to return the product, we will provide you with instructions on how to do so. The product should be returned in its original packaging, and we will bear the cost of return shipping.
